Ideenat 150mg tablet is an antineoplastic drug with an active ingredient called Idelalisib. It belongs to the medication class known as PI3K Inhibitors. It is used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in adults in combination with Rituximab. This medicine is given to those who have received medicine at least once in previous or patient's cancer cells with a genetic mutation named 17p deletion or TP53 and who are not eligible for other therapies. Additionally, this medicine is used for treating adult patients with follicular lymphoma as monotherapy. It is not recommended for those younger than 18 years.  

Do not consume Ideenat 150mg tablets if you are allergic to Idelalisib, sunset yellow FCF (a petroleum-derived orange azo dye), and other ingredients of this medicine. Inform your physician if you have any conditions with the liver, lung (pneumonitis), kidney, intestinal perforation, neutropenia (low level of neutrophils), active infections/hepatitis, or skin reaction (Stevens-Johnson syndrome). Inform your physician if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant. Use effective contraception during and even after a month of treatment. Discuss more fertility concerns with your doctor. Your doctor will take regular blood tests before and during treatment to monitor the infections.
