Product introductionCalcium Folinate Injection is used to prevent the harmful effects of methotrexate (anticancer medicine). It is also used to treat overdose of methotrexate.

Calcium Folinate Injection is given as a slow injection into veins under the supervision of a doctor. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects.

Injection site reactions (pain, swelling, redness) are common side effects of this medicine. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. Regular blood tests are required to check your blood cells and serum methotrexate concentration in blood.

Before taking it, tell your doctor if have seizures, liver, or kidney problems or are taking any medicines to treat infections. Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your healthcare team know all medications you are using, especially phenytoin for your seizures. Product Introduction
SAM MB INJECTION contains Methylene Blue which belongs to the group of medicines called Oxidation-Reduction agents. It is used in children and adults to manage acquired methemoglobinemia.
Methemoglobinemia is a blood disorder in which there is excessive production of methaemoglobin which is a form of haemoglobin that has lost the capability to release oxygen effectively to the body tissues. It is characterized by symptoms such as headache, shortness of breath, nausea, pounding heart rate, weakness, lethargy, confusion, loss of consciousness and bluish discoloration of nail beds and skin.
SAM MB INJECTION is not recommended for use in patients who are allergic to methylene blue or any other thiazine dye. It is also not recommended for use in patients with G6PD (enzyme that helps in optimum functioning of red blood cells) deficiency or deficiency of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) reductase.  
It should be used with caution in patients with liver and moderate or severe kidney impairment. SAM MB INJECTION should be used with caution in pregnant women and it is not recommended to be used in breastfeeding women.
SAM MB INJECTION should be used with caution in newborns and infants (3 months old or younger). Also, it should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years and above) especially in patients with impaired renal function due to increased risk of side effects.
The common side effects associated with the use of SAM MB INJECTION are pain in extremity, headache, nausea, vomiting and stomach pain. Inform your doctor if any of these side effect worsens.

How to use Sam MB Injection
SAM MB INJECTION will be given to you only by a doctor or a nurse intravenously (into the vein) over 5 to 30 minutes. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition. Pregnancy SAM MB INJECTION should be used with caution in pregnant women. Consult your doctor before receiving it.
Breast feeding 
Breast feeding SAM MB INJECTION is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor receiving it.
Liver 
Liver SAM MB INJECTION should be used with caution in patients with hepatic impairment. Product introductionLonopin 60mg Injection is an anticoagulant used to prevent and treat harmful blood clots. It stops the existing clots from getting any bigger and restricts the formation of any new clot. It is also helpful in the prevention of blood clots in veins, a condition called deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolism.

Lonopin 60mg Injection is injected under the skin by a doctor or nurse. It should not be injected into a muscle. The dose and length of treatment are based on your medical condition, your response to the medicine, and what you are being treated for. It may also be based on your age and weight. It is important to keep using this medicine even if you do not notice any symptoms because it is preventing future harm. If you stop taking it, you could get a blood clot. While taking this medicine you should avoid doing things that increase your risk of bleeding or injury.

The most common side effect of this medicine include injection site pain, bleeding, headache, increased blood platelets, breathing problems, edema, anemia, fever, diarrhea, and increased liver enzymes. A severe headache could be a sign of bleeding in the brain. A severe stomach ache could be a sign of bleeding in the stomach. Bleeding can be dangerous and may not be obvious. Look out for symptoms and tell your doctor if you are worried.

Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, or have had a recent stroke. You should not take it if you have any current bleeding. Some medicines should not be used with Lonopin 60mg Injection. Tell your doctor what else you are taking to make sure it is safe. If you have low body weight, you may be at increased risk of bleeding, and drinking alcohol can increase the risk of stomach bleeding.

Product introductionMilrineon 10mg Injection is a medicine used for short-term treatment of heart failure. It is also used to treat patients with a poorly functioning heart after heart surgery. It makes the heart pump blood more efficiently.

It is administered under the supervision of a doctor. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of the medicine for you. The doctor may closely monitor your blood pressure, heart rate, and ECG until you become stable. You should continue all your other medicines that are advised by the doctor for your long-term treatment even after this injection.

Common side effects of this medicine include hypotension, headaches,  arrhythmias, and tachycardia. Consult your doctor if these effects bother you.
